Krista Detwiler – Account Supervisor
I am a journalism major with a focus in public relations and a business minor. I’ve lived all over the U.S. but finally landed in Eugene. I was born in the bay area; raised in Sun Valley, Idaho; spent my freshman year at Middlebury College, and lived in Orange County for six months. My experience at University of Oregon has been the best yet, though I will always be an Idaho girl at heart. I have a passion for event planning, open space, and the written word, and hope to have some international adventures both during and after college. I love being an Account Supervisor for my amazing team in AHPR.
Austin Clark – Account Executive
Most of my waking moments revolve around the Portland Trailblazers and planning out what food I can either cook or purchase for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favorite activities include playing any and all sports, hiking, cooking, camping and brewing my own beer. As a sprightly young child I was positive that I was going to be a veterinarian/pirate, but now I’ve found the lovely path of Public Relations and I couldn’t be happier. I grateful for the opportunity that Allen Hall Public Relations has given me, although I still wonder what my life could have been if I stayed on the path to veterinary medicine/piracy.
Kevin Kennedy – Account Executive
I’m a senior at the University of Oregon studying journalism with an emphasis in public relations. I have worked for Radio Disney and, most recently, with the Oregon Bach Festival. I’m currently working as a first-time account executive with Allen Hall PR. I have a strong interest in social media and am actively working to energize my client’s social networks. I am studying Italian and plan to tour Italy in the summer of 2011.
Lindsey Lake – Account Executive
I am a junior Journalism student with my emphasis in public relations. I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, but could not be happier living in the rainy town of Eugene. I hope to get into event planning for special events or for a large corporation. However, as a new member of Allen Hall Public Relations I look forward to the experience with PR work for Habitat for Humanity. I enjoy simple pleasures such as driving my car with the windows down listening to music and a large bowl of frozen yogurt. I also love to travel and look forward to studying abroad in London next spring.
