Katy Larsen, Account Supervisor
I am a senior public relations major at the University of Oregon. I was born and raised in sunny Santa Barbara, CA and have been living and learning in the wet Pacific Northwest for the past 3 years. I am a food enthusiast, sports guru, lover of dogs, sailor, and fan of a strong cup of coffee. I hope to live and work over seas after graduation. In my limited time in the public relations world, I have found that among the most important things you can build other than a resume, are your relationships. “Only ever make splendid impressions or awful ones. The rest are forgotten.” – Alison Mosshart.
Ayn-Marie Hailicka, Account Executive
Ayni (“Annie”) is the name and enjoying life is the game. I am a junior at the UO, studying public relations and economics. Although I was raised in a town of 350, I am a big town girl who loves to be spontaneous. Traveling is my drug, but adrenaline is my addiction: skydiving, bungee jumping, paragliding, parasailing, zip lining, long boarding, and the list goes on. When I am not soaring at high speeds, I am sipping mint tea, reading memoirs, watching Spongebob Squarepants, or doing yoga. Taking the plunge into the world of public relations has been my most recent stunt. In the future, I am looking forward to working abroad and putting my little town of Butte Falls, Oregon on the map.
Lauren Short, Account Executive
I’m a student majoring in journalism with a focus in public relations. I am also minoring in communications and computer information technologies. My interests include playing with social media, researching various subjects, pushing creative boundaries, and doing what everyone else is afraid to do.
Sarah Sullivan, Account Executive
I’m a senior at the University of Oregon double majoring in public relations and Spanish. I was born and raised in the Philippines, and moved to Piedmont, California when I was 12. I speak English, Spanish and Tagalog. Since 2009, I’ve been a part-time office manager at an inspiring nonprofit in Eugene called DanceAbility International. Last year, I studied abroad in Seville, Spain, an unforgettable experience that deepened my appreciation for language and different cultures. I love traveling, music, grammar, social media, spending time with friends, and yogurt.
